Boosting SEO Using Schema Markup: The Definitive Guide

Boosting SEO Using Schema Markup: The Definitive Guide

Schema markup is a code that goes on a particular website that indicates information to a crawler and search engine. The content on your website gets indexed and returned in search results. Schema markup uses a unique semantic vocabulary in the microdata format.

Responsiblity of Schema

Schema markup is responsible for appearing in Rank zero (Rich snippet). Rich Snippets are some extra information about a website’s content on the search engine results page. Rich Snippets can show review stars, an aggregate rating review which can all be found in the local box results.

Schema is used to improve the way search engines read and represent your page in SERPs.Schema markup was invented for users, so they can see in the SERPs what a website is all about, the place, the time schedule, cost, rating etc. This is a user-centric improvement. Search engines help users to find the information they need.

We used schema markup to particularly improve the content relevancy and which will also satisfy the google rank brain algorithm.

“How to section” Actually increases the land page’s ranking probability. The “How to section” is directly proportional to the page’s intent which also increases the relevancy score for some query hit.

MREID Schema:

Using Machine-Readable Entity IDs to boost SEO, there’s a significant distinction between plural “entities” and a single “named entity”. The former refers to people, places, or things more generally and the latter refers to one specific entity (like a single person or place or landmark).
